5 things which affect your belief

Imagine yourself able to stay positive even after a failure or a rejection. What if you were able to hear an inner voice saying "You are the one", or "You gonna make it", regardless the situation ? don't you want to talk to yourself positively ? Of course you do. Yet most of us cannot afford this  incredible ability because of many factors.

 
In this article we will try to talk about the factors that make us embrace a negative attitude.

Here : The magic of positive belief, we talked about the positive belief and its influence on people's life. We have mentioned also the 5 forms of beliefs that limit our thinking attitude. Today we will represent  5 things which affect our belief:
  1. Parents : Do you remember being told : You are a lazy person. Don't you know to do something correctly. Look to X he is better than you he is a good boy... Those are words of people that love us the most, yet they are not qualified to boost children self-confidence. They don't do it on purpose, but sometimes these words can affect a kid's life. As an advice, parents should read books about children's psychology to know how to deal with their kids.
  2. School and teachers : here is this situation, one day you tried to answer a question, but the teacher looked at you and laughed then the whole class started laughing. Each one of us faced something similar to it. This is what create phobias like the public speaking phobia, or social phobia.
  3. Entourage and friends : Friend impact each others whether positively or negatively, because people tend to team up with other that they admire, so they get easily influenced by others opinions and habits.
  4. Media : The media is a tool with two edges. It can affect your beliefs and it may help you with knowledge, yet most people cannot chose the right side and especially teenagers, so they end up embracing beliefs that doesn't suit them.
  5. Yourself : be aware of what you say to yourself, because you are today in a place where your past beliefs brought you, and tomorrow you will be in a place based on your today's beliefs.
never think that is too late, you can adjust your belief at any moment of your life, all you need is faith, perseverance and patience.In our next article we will show you techniques that help to replace the negative belief by a positive one.
