Real friends are the most wonderful thing you can have after parents, yet some of us are so obsessed by the idea of getting friends to the point that they forget how cruel people are. In this world if you are not careful enough, you will get hurt a lot, because within the journey to greatness you are on your own, you are an extraterrestrial creature to people who don't believe in greatness and success, and believe me that mean you will have more enemies than friends, because people when they cannot do something themselves, they will try with all their power to prevent you from having and reaching that thing, they will hate you, they will reject you and they try to stop you. The funny thing is that if they spend much energy working on their dreams as what they spend on fighting against others, they will succeed.
So sometimes before going to work you should live your ego at home, not because of them, only because of your proper health, they will never stop bothering you, until you show them how great you are. The world of today is a bitter place, to get things you need to sacrifice others, and the most important thing to sacrifice is who you are now. Before starting the journey ask yourself whether you are ready to sacrifice who you are for what you will become, because if you do so, be sure that sooner or later you will find the best version of yourself, the version that will intimidate everyone, the kind of version that will make people respect you and love you for real.
So stop caring for now, even though you are lonely, a day will come on which you will find yourself surrounded by people who love you and respect you so much.
