It is taken for granted that self-confidence has a huge impact in each one's life, in deed it is an indispensable ability that can enable people to go for their dreams, and not always waiting for the perfect moment, because in this life if you don't start working for your projects, someone else will do it and he will make it, and trust me nothing is more painful than that, you will feel like you curved your own success.
Some people ask themselves why I didn't do it? why I couldn't get up when I failed? let me answer this question by saying that the only thing capable of stopping you from being a better version of yourself is the lack of self-confident, when you can't trust yourself and your skills, no one else will, but it ain't about the others as I said before, the only one you have to impress and surpass is yourself, but most people can't understand that and they give too much important to others opinions without trusting their abilities, so they end up doing the wrong thing or not even doing something. Charismatic people take from the other their knowledge, their good advices and their support, and losers take negativity and discouragement. The concept of self-confident is the only difference between this two sets of people, and it is so easy to boost it, it only needs some time and some patience, here is according to me 4 things which can help you to get some self-confidence:
- Surround yourself with people that can recognize your talent or at least encouraging you to work hard for it.
- Don't stop progressing, regardless your field, there is always some new stuff to know, so get it.
- Get an associational life, by helping people you will start giving a sens to your life, and you become happier and more confident.
- Workout and change your body, if your body is not in shape, go to the gym and get fit, because with a good body you can get a strong mentality.
