Sometimes in life, even if we work hard and we believe in ourselves, some moments will come in which we feel so empty, like we are doing nothing, and in most of time this feeling is not real, the more you struggle to stop it, the more you get of it.
First of all, you should know that you cannot stop it forever. Instead, you can control it and deal with it, and this will take time, but once you will get used to the techniques that I'll mention in this article, you will be able to transcend this phase easily. So here according to me, some techniques that may help you during your journey to suppress this bad feeling:
- The first thing to do when you get this feeling, is to believe that it is not real, it is just a moment that will fade away. Don't stop telling your subconsciousness good stuff about yourself, because it may be just your subconsciousness which is messing up with you.
- In most of time this feeling is due to boredom, and in this case the best thing to do, is to get something to do (funny! I guess !?), because if you feel bored, that mean two things, whether you are doing nothing, or you are doing something repetitively. and in both cases you should find something better to do.
- In one of my oldest articles I talked about progress, which is for me the best definition of happiness. Sometimes in life we get the feeling of emptiness because we live in a situation of stagnation, so this mean that you need to change something, maybe what you are doing, or the way of doing it.
- Lastly, usually, it is not because you are not doing something mentally, but because you are not doing something physically, and this case the best solution is to get some movement. Dancing, training, running ... whatever, just move.
Once you get used to this set of solutions, you will be able to use the perfect one for the proper situation, so keep this list in mind, and never forget that you are more powerful than what you think, so don't surround to anything in life, because you are gonna be successful.
