Happiness is the progress

 Happiness is the progress

What is happiness ? to get a ferrari or to be very rich or maybe to be very famous ? haven't you ever heard about someone who had all this shit and killed himself ? true story, there was and there will always be somebody who has everything but he is suffering from depression. You may have the whole world, but if you can't progress you will always hear an inner voice inside you saying that you are still stupid. You may say bullshit, or what the F**k he is saying, but it is the truth, because your subconsciousness never lies and it will always tell the truth about yourself, and it is up to you to make it tell you whatever you want, and this is by progressing on whatever you are doing, even with some small progress you can convince your subconsciousness that you are the king of the world. Simply because it doesn't understand whether you were an average person and you became a very known rock-star, or you were a  simple gym trainer and you became Arnold schwarzenegger, your subconsciousness only understands that you started from A and you reached B, regardless you activity domain.

Happiness is an emotion that we can control but an emotion needs all the time some motion, so get up, move your ass, try something and progress, and be sure that you will feel like you own the world, and here according to me how to progress:

  1. Take some time for yourself and for thinking about what you are doing, 20minutes each day is not much but it will help you to know better yourself and your skills.
  2. Read books, OK ... I know, reading books is not the most amazing thing at the beginning but let me tell you this, I used to be like you, but once I started reading I became addict to it, I can't see my life without books.
  3. Surround yourself with some good skilled people, whom can always remind you that you have to progress.

"You are so special to get an average life, shine on like diamond and make the whole world notice your uniqueness"
