Don't get stuck to a depression circle


Life is full of problems. Crisis are going to happen. Whoever you are, you will face some bad days in which you will feel down and you will start hating yourself. The real problem starts when we get stacked to that feeling, when we reject life and its positive side to generalize negativity and give up on ourselves and our dreams, and that's what we call depression.

Depression is the illness of our time. Most people suffer from it, because our minds are becoming weaker and weaker, due to many factors, such as :
  1. The media : Which plays the most effective role to transfer stupidity and mind blowing stuff.
  2. The entourage : As human being we tend to get affected easily, so most people pick up negativity from each others, to end up with a very low self-esteem that leads for the most of case to depression.
  3. Lack of knowledge : The mind is like the body, if you don't train it, it will get weak. If you don't read the proper books, if you don't feed you mind with a suitable knowledge, you will get stacked to a negative thinking process.
Remember no one is able to get a perfect life, each once of us had to face those things to make it in this world. Therefore, here is according to my humble point of view how to get out of a depression circle caused by a problem:
  1. Face it : People keep escaping their problems, which won't really help. Instead, one should confront his problems and stop for a while to think and find a solution to them.
  2. Be rational : By this I mean : don't see it bigger nor smaller than what it really is. Normalize it and believe that there is no problem without a solution.
  3. Get the perfect solution : The perfect solution is the one that suits your situation the most. Do your best and don't blame yourself if you can't do more.
  4. Forget and grow : Bear in mind that your life will not end when you get a crisis, yet it will end if you give up. So don't quit, keep moving and progressing, even the deepest psychological traumas could be removed if you get focused on your passion and you dreams.
We only live once, so don't spend a period of your life thinking about something you can do nothing about. Get the best life you can, grow, progress and enjoy.

P.S : I'm not a doctor nor a psychologist. The kind of depression I talk about here is not the biological or the biochemical one which needs a specialist interference. My speech is only for motivation and inspiration.
